Refund Policy

Digital service: payments are final

AGD Flow is a digital, subscription-based software service. Access is delivered digitally and begins immediately after payment, so all payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancellation stops future charges

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges; your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not issue partial refunds for unused days inside a paid period.

Your own provider costs are separate

AGD Flow runs on API keys and accounts that you connect yourself (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, DeepSeek, xAI, and any OpenAI-compatible gateway). Those providers bill you directly under their own terms. We never receive that money and cannot refund it.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice, charged after cancellation, or charged an amount that does not match your plan, contact support. Genuine billing errors are corrected: the mistaken charge is reversed or credited against your account.

Cancel in your account settings, or contact support through the contact page if you need help. Include the email of your account so we can find the payment.
